The following grading syllabus is designed to guide the student through a continuous development from Gokyu to Ikkyu. In addition to the techniques that follow, the student is expected to present the following, at each grading:
• Katate dori tai-no-henko
• Morote dori kokyu ho
• Suwari waza kokyu dosa
The student is also expected to be able to demonstrate any techniques from previous grades.

Demonstration only showing what you perceive to be, at your level, the range of Aikido that you would use in a demonstration to an audience of non martial artists that have no knowledge of Aikido but could follow your program. So, to make good watching, show all the elements of the art in a progressive way from a slow start to Kino nagare, but do not lose the reality of the art for the sake of theatrical effect.

Test time is between fifteen and thirty minutes.
